       SERVICE SELECTION & ADD-ONS​

• Please select all services and add-ons at the time of booking, including curls, crimps, braids, layers, treatments, etc. Services cannot be added at your appointment because the correct amount of time must be reserved in advance. If you need a service that is not listed, please contact 615-473-0194 before booking.

• Wig installations are not included in the purchase of a wig. There is a separate fee for the wig install. Please book accordingly.

       DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS​

​

• All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the rescheduled appointment must be within 5 days of the original date.

       Deposits must be received within 24 hours of booking or the appointment may be canceled.

        LATE POLICY​

​

• There is a 15-minute grace period. Appointments 30+ minutes late will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Please call or text 615-473-0194 if you are running late.

        HAIR PREPARATION

​

• Unless a shampoo/prep service is booked, please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and detangled.

​

​

        ADDITIONAL POLICIES

​

• No children, guests, or additional persons are allowed. Wigs from outside vendors must be brand new. Shipped wig orders must be paid in full before shipping. Local balances may be paid at the appointment. Your appointment location will be sent by text or email once your appointment is booked and the deposit is received.
