• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. You can transfer a deposit ONLY if you have given at least 24 hour notice.

• $20 deposit for reinstalls | $50 deposit for new wigs

• The rescheduled appointment has to be within 5 days of the original appointment or you forfeit your deposit.​

• At check out there are two payment options : 1.) Pay all at once 2.)  Select manual payment then send deposit via

• All deposits have to be made within 24 hours of your appointment or it will be cancelled. This is for ALL customers NO EXCEPTIONS.

• There is a 15 min. grace period after 30 mins. the appointment will be cancelled the deposit will be kept.

• Please call in advance if you are going to be late (615-473-0194)

• A text/email giving the location will be sent once the appointment is booked and deposit is paid.

• Preparation before arrival please have your hair shampooed, dried and detangled.

​

• Absolutely no children, guests, or extra people. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

• If you are booking a wig install from another vendor the wig must be brand new.

​

• All wig orders are to be paid in full before shipped. If you are local you can pay balance at your appointment.

​

• There will be NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES for any of my products or services.
